Ask the Global 10 company for whom we developed a K-12 solution.
A first of its kind eLearning project for India, and unheard of in scope and scale; this was truly a challenge to execute.
Thanks to the benefit of experience that was managed and shared, and a rigorous process, Magic was able to quickly scale team size, adhere to schedule and ensure quality, on budget and on time.
Those processes and knowledge management also stood us in good stead during offshore production projects such as the one we did for a global publishing major. The project required 92 animation modules to be produced for English Language Teaching.

Magic's Art Production Process

Understanding of the production process and key inputs at the planning stage allowed each module to be specified in 2-page documents. This represented a huge reduction from the 18-page specifications that the client had created for the pilot, and perhaps the most significant step towards meeting tight deadlines.
Similarly while working with a UK Education major, past learnings were crucial to the success of their proprietary Games and Simulations project. Magic used layout and storyboarding techniques, which have been developed over the years and are an integral part of our development process. These helped detail product functionality and user experience, enabling both the client and development teams to reach a common understanding very early in the process, much before the beginning of production. Thereby ensuring that there were absolutely no unpleasant surprises at the end.
