Furthermore, we can augment the team, when required to meet the stringent timelines, from a larger resource pool that is available.

Associates who are pre-trained in Magic's processes, the latest industry standards and quality methods, also supplement Magic's core team.

Additionally, Magic has alliances with several eLearning companies from whom skilled resources are in-sourced based on specific skill or scale requirements.
