The organization wished to engage a technology partner who would further develop, refactor and maintain their in-house Learning Management System. A collaborative approach towards product development and digital content production, testing, resource management & publishing was required.
Using the latest technologies available at the time, Magic worked on their online platform, designed for corporate training and performance management to facilitate assignation of courses and user tracking.
Magic incorporated the delivery of custom learning content and assessments all of which was standards compliant and accessibility based, specifically to all SCORM compliance requirements. An authoring tool was created to develop, edit and update content.
To enhance the functionality, an easy to administer infrastructure was created along with building in a reporting mechanism in the form of graphs.
Magic also built in other features to facilitate smart custom career steps.
In addition, the maintenance services provided by Magic allowed for smooth and seamless coordination between the customer and their corporate clients.
